as the court-appointed Receiver for F&S Asset Management Group, Inc.
("FSAMG") and Federal Employees Benefit Group, Inc. ("FEBG"). This
website will be updated often to keep investors informed of the

IMPORTANT We have been informed that
many of you have retained independent counsel to investigate and
potentially pursue claims you may have against third parties, such
as brokerage firms that Kenneth Wayne McLeod and Federal Employee
Benefits Group, Inc. ("FEBG") may have been affiliated with prior to
the receivership.
This is to inform you that if you have
not yet spoken to independent counsel, we encourage you to do so
that you may fully protect any claims you may have against such
third parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are
not stating or in any way opining, that you have a valid claim
against any third party.
We are simply suggesting that you speak
to independent counsel of your choosing to determine if any such
